Associate Product Manager
Onsite - Direct Hire - $75k-$85k
Job Responsibilities:
Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with XD (Experience Design), engineering, and cross-functional teams (including Marketing, Sales, and Operations) to transform innovative ideas into actionable solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Apply a "Hypothesize, Measure, Learn" approach by breaking down insights into testable hypotheses, designing appropriate experiments, analyzing results with scientific rigor, and sharing your learnings with the broader team to drive continuous improvement.
Product Development & Improvement: Engage with customers and stakeholders to identify pain points and brainstorm creative ways to enhance products. Collaborate with Design and Engineering to quickly and efficiently bring innovations to life and deploy them to clients.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and ecosystem developments, identifying strategic shifts that can be leveraged to improve our products and solutions.
Requirements & Documentation: Work closely with backend engineers to clarify and refine product requirements. Write clear, detailed JIRA tickets, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to ensure alignment across teams.
Quality Assurance: Conduct final User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before approving product releases, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Project Management: Partner with Project Managers to organize, track, and manage product development timelines and product launches, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
Agile Framework Expertise: Work within an agile framework, with a strong understanding of the Scrum process, to facilitate efficient product development cycles.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Professional Experience: 1-3 years of experience in SaaS or internet-based products/services, with experience in Enterprise SaaS being a plus.
Curiosity & Analytics: Highly curious and data-driven, with a passion for solving customer problems through innovative solutions.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong ability to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve product goals.
Analytical Mindset: Able to develop, defend, and communicate a strong point-of-view backed by data and analytics.
Incremental Delivery: Skilled in breaking down a large vision into actionable steps and ensuring successful, incremental delivery.
Continuous Improvement: A strong desire to learn, grow, and continually improve both personally and professionally.
Mobile Experience (Optional): Experience with mobile and native mobile applications is a plus.
